Thank you for supporting our 19th year of Project Faith! This year, as you may know, we will be serving HopeTree Family Services in Salem, VA.

Project Faith
Friday, September 11th, 830am – 1230pm – JK to 2nd Grade, roughly 100 – 120 students and adults, one grade level will be in each zone (keeping them in their cohorts), and ample distancing can occur
  • Students are driven directly to Hopetree by their parents who will remain with them
  • Teachers drive directly to Hopetree
  • Dismissal from Hopetree, students do not return to school
  • IF a parent cannot attend, they can make arrangements with another parent in their grade to transport their child (additional waivers will be required for this arrangement)
Friday, September 18th – 830am – 1230pm – 3rd – 5th Grade, roughly 100 – 120 students and adults, one grade level will be in each zone, (keeping them in their cohorts), and ample distancing can occur
  • Students are driven directly to Hopetree by their parents who will remain with them
  • Teachers drive directly to Hopetree
  • Dismissal from Hopetree, students do not return to school

Saturday, September 19th, 830am – 1230pm – Family day, using sign-up genius with capped attendance of 250
  • This day is primarily designed for Middle and Upper School students to attend with their family, lower school siblings who previously attended, may attend again with their family with the older sibling
  • Students must stay with their family unit
  • Students may NOT be dropped off 
  • IF a parent cannot attend, they can make arrangements with another parent in their grade to transport their child (additional waivers will be required for this arrangement)

T-Shirts

All volunteers working on Project Faith day should order a T-shirt. This lets us know you are coming. The T-shirt is FREE, we just need your size.

Volunteer Waiver

Hold Harmless Agreement

This is required for all volunteers under the age of 21 who are not currently FCS students. Click the button below to download a digital PDF version of the form.

 $0 of your donation will be used to cover credit card transaction fees. This year, all credit card transaction fees for Project Faith sponsorships are being paid for by Cardinal Valley Industrial Supply – a FCS alumni-run local business.
