The examples provided below are general and can be used as a reference to create your bequest. If you include Faith Christian School in your
plans, please use our legal name and federal tax ID. Our federal tax ID number is: 54-1818074.

We encourage our donors to make the bequest unrestricted so that the bequest is available for whatever the greatest funding need is as determined by the Head of School and the Board of Directors. For an unrestricted gift that allows Faith Christian School to determine how to use the funds based on the most pressing needs, use the following language for your will and/or trust.

Sample Language

"I give to Faith Christian School, (Fed. Tax ID#54-1818074) located at 3585 Buck Mountain Rd, Roanoke VA 24019, _________ [written amount, percentage of the estate, description of property or residual] for its unrestricted charitable use and purpose."

To designate your provision for a particular purpose:

"I give to Faith Christian School, (Fed. Tax ID#54-1818074) located at 3585 Buck Mountain Rd, Roanoke VA 24019, _________ [written amount, percentage of the estate, description of property or residual]. This gift should be used for (state purpose) if and so long as Faith Christian School determines that the need exists. If Faith Christian School shall determine at the outset or at a later time that the need does not exist, or no longer exists, or for some reason it is not possible (or prudent) to administer my gift as originally intended, then Faith Christian School may, in its sole and uncontrolled discretion, direct the use of my bequest for a purpose related as closely as possible to that stated above."
